September 12, 2007: My colleague Lorien Onderdonk at the Water Environment Federation passed me your email from back in 2006 regarding World Water Monitoring Day. I am responsible for coordinating WWMD outside of the Americas, and am (coincidentally) based in Den Haag.  I am contacting you now to see if IGRAC could be involved in our WWMD activities....
